During your welcome
We respect barrier gestures and physical distancing upon your arrival. We present the safety instructions displayed in the reception lounge and in the bedrooms.
During your stay
If you book on a bed and breakfast basis, we do the daily cleaning with disinfection of sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, handles, emptying of bins.
If you have privatized the Mas (lodging formula), we do not intervene in the interior spaces since you are independent (cleaning only on request in addition).
We prepare your arrival carefully
Particular care is taken in cleaning the rooms: ventilation - change of bed linen, towels, floor mats - high pressure dry steam treatment of cushions, curtains and seats - disinfection of sanitary facilities, sinks, showers, handles ( doors, cabinets, window), switches, etc. Total disinfection of all surfaces and the air with ozone treatment.
For a better preservation of the quality of our top-of-the-range linen, we assure ourselves the maintenance with passage in the machine at 60 ° C minimum 30 mn and drying in the open air. Ditto for towels, tumble dried.
In common areas
We ensure daily disinfection of all contact points: handles, stair railings, switches, digicodes, etc. - floor washing with disinfectant.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is made available to you so that you can regularly disinfect your hands.
Distancing during breakfasts: the tables are separated inside and outside. Our breakfasts are served at each table (no buffet) and prepared with all protective measures (wearing a mask and glove).
